Shipping & Returns  At Seven Aura, we ensure your order reaches you with care, speed, and complete reliability.  Shipping We ship all UK orders from our fulfilment centre in the UK. EU and international orders are dispatched from our European fulfilment centre, ensuring fast and fully tracked delivery worldwide.

Delivery Options

UK • Standard Delivery (Tracked 48) – £3.50, FREE on subscriptions and orders over £50 • Express Delivery (Next Day) – £6.50

EU • Fully Tracked Standard Delivery (3–4 business days depending on destination) – FREE on subscriptions and orders over £50  International

Fully Tracked Standard Delivery (5–8 business days depending on destination) – FREE on subscriptions and orders over $50  

Returns You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To begin, contact us at support@sevenaura.com. We’ll provide simple instructions for returning your items. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please check your order when it arrives. If any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges To exchange an item, first return the original product following our process. Once approved, place a new order for the item you would like.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal EU customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
